How do I install the utility?

Flote includes two utlities, PPTP and IPsec/L2TP for both VPN protocols. Extract the DMG download and double click either IPSec/L2TP or PPTP (recommended) to install the basic settings. Then simply add your username and password to the relevant fields (more info in the Read Me file included in the download).
