Q. I signed up, where is my username & password?

Setup and activation is immediate. If you signed up and have not received pament confirmation and/or your username/password details, then first check your junk mail folder (as quite often they may land up there). Should you not find them, and you have waited more than 15 minutes to allow for any possible network congestion, then contact us right away!

Q. I have billing concerns.

Flote use a secure billing partner for all transactions, and no credit/debit/PayPal sensitive information is kept on our servers.
